At the Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka" in Belgrade, on Monday, March 9, starting at 5 PM, a guest lecture will be held as part of the Corporate Culture course. The lecture will be delivered by Ivana Mihajlović, Global Talent Development & Culture Director at Al Dahra, on the topic “Culture in Practice: Lessons from 20 Years of HR Experience”.
How is culture truly built — through decisions, behaviors, and leadership? In this lecture, we will have the opportunity to hear from an HR leader with extensive international experience who will share her professional journey and practical insights on how organizational culture shapes everyday work, results, and trust within companies.
We can expect an inspiring discussion about real challenges, lessons learned, and the power of culture that is not defined only by words, but lived in practice.
The lecture is open to all students and professors of the faculty, as well as interested visitors from outside the faculty.
