At the Faculty of Organizational Studies "Eduka", a guest lecture titled “How Our Mind Shapes Social Reality” will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 14:00. The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Darko Hinić. It is organized within the Social Psychology course and is open to all students and faculty staff.
About the Lecturer
Prof. Dr. Darko Hinić is a full professor at faculties within the University of Kragujevac and the head of the Psychology study program. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to interdisciplinary research covering:
- Cyberpsychology
- Social psychology
- Mental health
- Validation of research instruments
- Contemporary topics in environmental and organizational psychology
He is the author of numerous scientific papers, textbooks, and monographs, and an active participant in scientific and educational projects. He is also a member of the Psychological Society of Serbia and a member of the editorial board of the journal Applied Psychology.
About the Lecture
The lecture will focus on the phenomenon of social cognition—the ways in which we perceive, interpret, and evaluate social reality. Special emphasis will be placed on the importance of understanding these processes for contemporary society and the professional practice of psychologists.
