Students from the Psychology and Business Excellence and Organization programs at the Faculty of Organizational Studies “Eduka” had the opportunity to visit the company Al Dahra, whose representative office in Serbia is located in Padinska Skela.

The visit was organized as part of the Corporate Culture course, accompanied by course instructors Assist. Prof. Dragana Mitrić-Aćimović, PhD, and Assist. Prof. Vukašin Petrović, PhD. Within the company’s HR department, students were introduced to key HR processes, procedures, and examples of best practices, with a special focus on their connection to organizational culture.

The lecture was delivered by Anastasija Radonjić and Dejana Spasojević, who gave students insight into what working in an international environment looks like, considering that the company operates in more than 20 countries worldwide.

Special emphasis was placed on the challenges of working in the HR sector within the agribusiness field, as well as on human resource management in a complex system with more than 500 employees.

The greatest interest among students was sparked by the company’s values and the initiatives aimed at their everyday implementation in practice.

“I had a completely different perception of working in HR. This experience meant a lot to me – I really liked everything,” shared her impression, student Iva.

FOS “Eduka” expresses gratitude to the hosts for their hospitality, openness, and willingness to share their knowledge and experience. The Faculty continues to connect theory and practice through authentic and valuable study experiences.
