The submission of documents for student enrollment during the September enrollment period for all study programmes in Serbian and English begins on Monday, August 24, 2026.

Candidates may submit their documents for enrollment in the first year of studies in Belgrade, at the building located at 15 Majke Jevrosime Street, on working days from 09:00 to 15:00, on the second floor.
Documents required for enrollment:

Certified copies of the diploma and certificates for the completed years of secondary school. If the secondary school documents are not in Serbian, Croatian, Montenegrin or Bosnian, a certified copy of their translations is also required.

Candidates who completed secondary school outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia (with the exception of the Republic of Srpska), or who completed a foreign school/programme in the Republic of Serbia, are required to have their secondary school diploma recognized by the Qualifications Agency. Upon enrollment, candidates must submit the Decision on Recognition of a Previously Obtained Foreign School Certificate issued by the Qualifications Agency, as well as a photocopy of the original documentation and its translations.

If the Decision on Recognition of a Previously Obtained Foreign School Certificate has not yet been issued, candidates must submit a confirmation from the Qualifications Agency that the recognition procedure has been initiated, along with a photocopy of the original documentation and its translations.

Two photographs for the student record book (index), size 3.5 × 4.5 cm.

Identity card or a photocopy of an identity card without a chip. Foreign nationals must submit a copy of their passport (the page containing the photograph and personal information).

Candidates who require a visa must also submit a copy of the passport page containing their residence permit (visa), as well as a copy of their registration of residence, obtained from the police. Candidates from countries whose citizens do not require a visa should submit a copy of the passport page showing the date of entry into Serbia. If a candidate from Montenegro or Bosnia and Herzegovina entered Serbia using an identity card, a copy of the registration of residence obtained from the police may be submitted subsequently.

Candidates enrolling in English-language programmes must provide proof of English language proficiency (C1 level) if their secondary education was not completed in English. This document may be submitted subsequently, but no later than the enrollment for the following academic year.

Candidates enrolling in Serbian-language programmes must provide proof of Serbian language proficiency (C1 level) if their secondary education was not completed in Serbian, Croatian, Montenegrin or Bosnian. This document may be submitted subsequently, but no later than the enrollment for the following academic year.

Proof of tuition payment (the first installment amounts to EUR 500, payable in RSD at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia) or a signed pre-contract for studies.

Proof of payment for enrollment materials and insurance (RSD 8,000).

Foreign nationals must provide proof of paid health insurance in the Republic of Serbia.
